Red Earth Creek RCMP searching for dangerous suspects (UPDATE)

UPDATE

On November 15 2025, approximately 1 p.m., Red Earth Creek RCMP responded to an armed robbery at a job site on Blue Sky Road, where multiple firearms were stolen.

During their escape, the suspects fired shots at a civilian.

Later that evening, at 8:15 p.m., RCMP located the suspect vehicle and three individuals 10 kilometers north of Peerless Trout First Nation on Highway 686.

The suspects fled into the woods, believed to be armed with three firearms.

A shelter-in-place order was issued for the area but was lifted the following morning after an extensive search.

RCMP continue to seek public assistance in locating the suspects, who are considered armed and dangerous.

BACKGROUND

Red Earth Creek RCMP have lifted the shelter-in-place order following an armed robbery on November 15 2025.

The incident began around 12:30 p.m. when multiple firearms were stolen from a business on Blue Sky Road.

After the robbery, the suspects fired at a civilian before fleeing.

Later that evening, at approximately 8:15 p.m., RCMP located the suspect vehicle and three individuals 3.5 km north of Peerless Trout First Nation on Highway 686.

The suspects evaded capture by fleeing into the woods.

After extensive searches, authorities determined by 6:30 a.m. that the suspects had left the area. RCMP continue to search for the armed and dangerous suspects and urge the public not to approach them.

Residents are advised to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to 911 immediately.
