Julien Bergeron is the Deputy Fire Chief of Northern Sunrise County.
He’s also particpating in the Northern Trek, starting today.
The Trek is a run from Edson to Jasper, while fundraising for the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
2025 takes on special meaning, with it being in the wake of the Jasper Wildfire in 2024, and honouring the life of Morgan Kitchen, a firefighter from Calgary, who lost his life in the Line of Duty in Jasper.
